Participate in the colorfully layered adventure of hand-dipped candles with Teaching Artist Lynda Berman. This family-friendly workshop is suitable for all ages and just in time for the holidays. Students will experience the dip process of making candles, building up layers of wax in several colors. Then, learn various methods of pinching, twisting, bending, hand-molding, slicing to reveal colors, and re-adhering the pieces to create their designs. Students can expect to take home 2-4 handmade candles.

These unique candles will not only adorn your home with warmth and light but also symbolize the togetherness you share with others. No prior experience is needed, and all materials are supplied. Optional donations of old, used, faded, or broken candles will be accepted for the wax pot. Reuse and recycle!

**Youth Participants under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase registrations for each person who will be using materials to make an allotted 2-4 candles. If a youth participant and adult will be working together, or if the child will be participating and the adult observing...only one youth registration is needed.
