Explore soft sculpture and doll-making with SeriouslySickSock artists Danette Pratt and Erin Hogan in this unique one-day workshop. Participants will craft their own Pocket Zilla (or any other horrible adorable they dream up) with upcycled materials, hand-sewing, and personalized embellishments.

Students are provided step-by-step instructions, informative hand-outs, and the know-how to continue creating after the class. These cuddly, yet sharp-toothed creatures may start to take over the city! Aiyee! (Or just you and your friends’ houses. :)

This workshop, while beginner-friendly, is best suited for those who feel comfortable hand-sewing a basic running stitch. Students are welcome to bring specific items they wish to incorporate, see the optional materials list for details.
