Stretch, release, and strengthen as you move through an interactive space designed to be experienced with your whole body. Move, explore, and create—right inside the gallery. Inspired by the See Touch Build exhibition, students will respond to artwork through movement, imagination, and play. From solo movement “vignettes” to group creations, this class is all about finding your creative voice—no dance experience needed.

This class invites movers with some prior experience to explore fluid transitions from the Ground Up, guided by breath and curiosity. Missy’s nonlinear approach offers dance as an opportunity to deepen awareness of your interior while gently extending yourself into the space around you. Warm, comfortable layers that allow you to move freely.
